Staff were responsive and attentive, rooms were huge and equipped with a lovely balcony, a big terrasse, an amazing mountain view.

Modern hotel in a marvellous location by the slopes, loved this place. The room we booked was fantastic and new-fashioned with kitchenette, a good view, for instance as advertised.

Fairly clean and gorgeous hotel, views are PLEASANT, location is excellent next to the center of La Clusaz. Its staff are attentive. The rooms are spotless and new-fashioned with a fridge, an electric kettle and a microwave. As for me the food is superb, and they have a good choice of meals. Thank you for an excellent stay.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern, with a mini kitchen and a Nespresso coffee machine, which was a great touch. The view from my room overlooking the pistes and mountains was simply breathtaking. The on-site spa was a highlight, with a fantastic sauna, steam room, and giant spa pool. The staff were incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay. The hotel's contemporary decor and lovely bar added to the overall ambiance. The icing on the cake was the scrumptious food served at the on-site restaurant and the delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. Despite a few minor drawbacks like the need for more variety at breakfast and some noise from the kitchen in certain rooms, I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in La Clusaz. I'll definitely be returning to this hotel in the future.

The spa facilities were also great, offering a perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. The hotel was located close to the ski lift and also within walking distance of the town center, making it easy to access all the amenities we needed.

The hotel was a bit disappointing. The ski locker room was not conveniently located and was also dirty, with no proper drainage.

It was a really great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. The location was great - a short way from everywhere we wanted to go.
